Once Registered to "My Account" we will invoice you when the payment is due. We expect payment in within 7 days of the invoice date for a smooth process. If this payment is missed, we will send a reminder letter or email you depending on your chosen correspondence method, this will give you another 7 days to pay. Failure to pay after the 7 days of the reminder letter will result in a late payment fee of £14. Failure to Pay after 60 days will result in getting referred to a debt collection agency. Please understand that the payments for your service charge are used to maintain your development as mentioned in your lease

To pay your service charge or ground rent we accept payments by Bank Account Transfer. For re-occurring payments simply set up a monthly, quarterly and half yearly standing order from your bank or make the full payment by Bank Account Transfer. Remember to use your Tenant Reference within the reference for the payment so we can allocate this to your account
